I'm glad I contacted B&L Ott Heating & Air Conditioning. My furnace needed to be replaced. The process went really smooth from choosing the furnace system to scheduling the installation. You can tell they have a system in place and well organized. We had no AC and they were able to squeeze us in and got the install done. The install team did a great job! Highly recommend this company!

I had a complete Trane Heat Pump System installed by B&L Ott. They are the best. The team is top notch. They respond to my questions or concerns and are happy to do so. They are customer focused. Unfortunately, my old system died on the 4th of July. Fortunately, I was already a B&L Ott customer! A great BIG THANK YOU to the team!!!!! Awesome job removing the old system and completely erecting the new system from scratch! Fast, efficient and diligent...and they completely cleaned up as if they were never here for five hours. The project to replace our HVAC system went very quickly and professionally. The technicians were courteous, professional, and went out of their way to minimize any disruption within the household. The job was completed quickly and we're very satisfied with the results.
