How It Works
When you only have one thermostat, it can be very difficult to control the temperature of rooms at the opposite end of the house. With a home comfort zoning system, multiple thermostats are installed in separate areas of your home. This gives you the ability to make one area of your home warmer or cooler without affecting other areas.
All you have to do is set the thermostat for each zone to your temperature preference and your system will do the rest. After you set the temperature, a computer will tell the dampers in your home to open and allow warm or cool air to flow throughout the room. When the room reaches the desired temperature, the dampers will close.
